Filmmaker. Writer. Educator. Photographer.
Storyteller. Many Mediums.
I tell stories through film, writing, photography, and teaching.
After two decades in professional sports, I turned my attention to filmmaking—creating award-winning films, developing original screenplays, and helping others tell their own stories.
About Jack Gorman
Storytelling has taken me from professional sports to film sets, classrooms, and behind the camera. Whether I’m directing a feature film, developing a screenplay, teaching the craft of storytelling, or helping businesses share their own stories, my goal is always the same: connect with people through compelling ideas.
Creative Vision
I believe the best stories entertain first and stay with us long after the credits roll. My work explores history, relationships, ambition, and the choices that define who we become.
Teaching & Mentorship
Teaching has become one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Through workshops, lectures, and mentoring, I enjoy helping aspiring writers and filmmakers build the confidence and skills to tell stories of their own.

From the Journal
Stories have taken me from professional sports to film sets, classrooms, and behind the camera. Along the way I’ve collected ideas, lessons, opinions, and experiences that don’t always fit into a screenplay.
This journal is where I share them.
Whether it’s filmmaking, storytelling, photography, sports, creativity… or the occasional rabbit hole, I hope you’ll find something that makes you think—or simply enjoy the read.
